AS A BAMA FAN…. (Let me get that over with first)… I Bought this as a graduation gift for my wife getting her Masters in Education at MSU this past fall (yes, a House Divided, but I love her). She loves it and the bell is well made. However, customer service is non-respondent to emails, and negated to send a mock-up I requested at time of purchase prior to manufacturing the item. Other than this, great experience. I cannot say I would buy from again due to aforementioned customer service hiccup, but will not discourage anyone from doing so, as the battlebell is fine craftsmanship…. To make any Alumnus’s “HailState moment” be all that more attention grabbing as “our” Roll Tide.
